MY MOM IS HOMOPHOBIC! My mom is really starting to make me feel bad. I woke up this morning and they were doing a recap on the whole Texas thing, and my mom was just ripping on gays. It started to piss me off so I asked her what the big deal was, and she gave me this look like I was an idiot for asking that. I told her that gays are exactly like she is, but they like the same sex. She looks at me and goes, "Fine, I'll bring a gay over here and we'll see how you like THAT!" If I could have, I would have said, "Go right ahead! Oh, and while you're at it, could you make sure that they're female, about my age?" But if I said that, who knows what she'd do. But I'm off to camp now, and I think I might tell my aunt. I mean, she's really cool and everything, and she said if I needed to talk to her about anything I could. She even said I could ask her about drugs, or tell her if I'm going to try something. I wouldn't tell her about DRUGS, but...I don't know, maybe I'd be able to talk to her about being bi? She's straight and all, but I think she doesn't have a problem with homosexuals. This whole NOT BEING ABLE TO TRUST MY MOM WITH MAYBE THE MOST IMPORTANT SECRET OF MY LIFE IS REALLY PISSING ME OFF!!!!! Well I must go inflate an air matress now.
