It's A Hard Knock Of Life! Okay okay okay. I am back now. I just got done carving a stamp. I have to test it...eeee...I'll test it in a minute, I need to take a break. We had no power today for quiet awhile, so my mom and I and her friend went shopping. I got stamp carving stuff (namely, the tools, the linoleum block is my mom's, and she's going to buy me a bunch of them for all the help I've been doing for her) and I got...Okay..The Best of MYV'S The Tom Green Show VHS, an REM CD (Automatic For The People), Ozzy's Diary of a Madman CD, Stephen King's "Firestarter" book, Aerosmith "Nine Lives" and "Permanent Vacation" on cassette (Yeah, I still use cassettes, too!), and Nirvana's "Nevermind" on cassette. I have the CD, but for 50 cents, who could beat a brand-spankin new one on cassette?? Besides, now I have a reason to have a copy in my stereo all the time, in the cassette pocket. So there! Yeah, I was supposed to drive today but my mom invited her friend along so I didn't get to drive. I'm pissed. But I got to drive a whole TWO MINUTES to class! Whoopdedoo Basil! Anyway, not a whole hell of a lot happened today. Besides waking up to no power and getting to drink soda and eat a bunch of Doritos for breakfast. Well, I'm off then to test the stamp. ~Ger |
